Some of our Rental Owners allow Pets on a Case-By-Case Basis.

Under the following conditions:

• In All Cases: Pet Deposit will be $250.00 for any pet of 15 lbs or less.

• Pet Deposit will be $500.00 for any pet over 15 lbs.

• Some owners require a Tenant Insurance Policy with a Hold Harmless Clause for the pet(s). Naming the owner and his heirs and Executive Property Management as an additional insured. Tenants policy must cover animal property damage and liability should the animal cause injury to a person. The policy must be paid in advance annually and be provided each year of occupancy that the pet is residing on the property.

• In All Cases: No more than two (2) pets will be permitted on any property, subject to additional pet restrictions by Homeowner's Association or other Controlling Agencies.

• In All Cases: Tenants will sign a Pet Agreement in addition to normal Rental Documents.
